If you’re struggling to understand your autistic loved one’s behavior, mannerisms, and intentions, Katherine T. Lorelli and I, Jaime A. Heidel, offer private, neuro-affirming Zoom consultations.

Katherine is a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD person with a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Family Relations. She has a broad range of experience working with children on the autism spectrum, as well as those with other additional needs. She draws on her experience as a former paraprofessional to help families better understand their autistic loved ones through her expertise and a neurodivergent lens.

Jaime is a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD person who has authored two comprehensive guides explaining autistic behavior and communication. She’s also an advocate and communication translator for the autistic community. She uses her empathy to connect with families and her pattern recognition to offer explanations and solutions for long-standing miscommunications between autistic and neurotypical people.

You can book us together or separately depending on your needs. As consultants who have a lifetime of experience living as neurodivergent people in a neurotypical society, we can give you inside information and insight into your autistic loved one’s inner world. But we don’t stop there. We also offer comfort, empathy, and understanding to the neurotypical person in the relationship and offer helpful tips on how to reduce distressing behaviors in your loved one without resorting to behavior modification programs. This means more peace for you, and less confusion for them.
